Naturli organic Soy milk and Oat milk review

With the help of Buzzstore and Naturli, I was able to enjoy two types of milk, oat milk and soy milk. It was so long since I tried something like so I thought I would share my ways of using these products.

The first one I used is the Organic soy drink with Calcium and vanilla. I was excited to try it first because it had a subtle taste of vanilla and I'm so in love with it. It has a 100% herbal composition and it is organic, gluten-free and lactose-free. My first action was to put it in my coffee and it was so good. Haven't had a latte for a long time, for the main reason that it made me sick. With this type of milk I had no problem and it was tasty.

Here are the nutritional values:

Another gluten-free milk I have used from them is the Oat Zero which is completely without sugar. I have use it to make a chia seeds pudding. It is very easy to prepare and very fulfilling. Just soak a few tablespoons of chia seeds in milk and leave it over night. The next day you can add fruits, oat, jam, anything you have and like. There are many possibilities of using it. Because I had kiwi, bananas and a peach, it was already sweet enough not to add more sugar.

They are so light and tasty and can be used just like the ordinary milk. Using them is being part of a bigger purpose as Naturli set its goal to reduce the CO2 footprint. Also, the raw materials they use are grown without GMOs, to ensure the best quality.

Other than puddings, they can be used in smoothies, sweets, coffee and in cooking in general, as a great substitute of milk. I was a little afraid that it doesn't have the same proprieties as milk, as  dairy products. Calcium is very important, so I was content to find out they that as well, but from a different source, algae.

All in all, I had a very pleasant experience with them and will continue using this type of milk. And because you never know if you like something unless you try it, I recommend you stay open-minded.
